Designer + General Contractor:

Lincoln and Wayne Masterson — husband and husband, designer and General Contractor. Lincoln leads design, with a background in fine art, photography, and fashion. Wayne leads construction, holding Florida's CGC license (CGC1532956) plus separate certifications in electrical, roofing, and underground utility — a credential stack rare in one operator. Both of us are on site, on every project.
