Commercial office build-out for a corporate tenant on Sunset Avenue, Palm Beach. Full interior gut and fit-out: demolition, framing, MEP rough-in, glass-walled office partitions, finish carpentry, ceilings, lighting, and finishes.

The brief was a clean envelope that moves daylight all the way through the floorplate. We pulled the layout open, ran glass-walled offices along the perimeter, and centered a long shared table under sculptural pendants in the main meeting room.
